- Permanent Server Shutdown (Vendor Issue): If the server or service you purchased has been permanently discontinued by its original provider and we have received an official replacement or compensation from that provider.
For eligible cases, we will offer one of the following resolutions, depending on availability:
- A replacement activation or code of equivalent value, or
- A full or partial refund processed to the original payment method.
2) Non-Refundable Cases
- The customer provided an incorrect serial number, MAC address, or device information.
- The activation or renewal has been successfully processed and delivered.
- Issues related to device compatibility, internet connectivity, or user-side configuration.
- The customer changed their mind or made a purchase by mistake.
- The server provider is undergoing temporary maintenance or partial downtime.
- The service is functioning normally and as described at the time of purchase.
- Once an activation key or renewal has been sent, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or reused.
3) Customer Responsibility
Before placing any order, customers are responsible for:
- Verifying that the device supports the selected server or IPTV service (e.g., Forever, Funcam, G‑Share, SP, etc.).
- Ensuring the device firmware is updated to the latest version.
- Reviewing product descriptions and compatibility details carefully.
