Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refund and return eligibility are limited to specific, clearly defined cases as outlined below.

1. Eligible Cases for Refund

A refund or replacement request will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Error by Salisat.com:
    If an activation, code, or server access issue occurred due to an error from our side (e.g., incorrect code delivery or account setup failure).

  • Permanent Server Shutdown (Vendor Issue):
    If the server or service you purchased has been permanently discontinued by its original provider and we have received an official replacement or compensation from that provider.

In such cases, we will offer one of the following resolutions, depending on availability:

  • A replacement activation or code of equivalent value, or

  • A full or partial refund, processed to the original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The customer provided an incorrect serial number, MAC address, or device information.

  • The activation or renewal has been successfully processed and delivered.

  • The issue is related to device compatibility, internet connectivity, or user-side configuration.

  • The customer changed their mind or made a purchase by mistake.

  • The server provider is undergoing temporary maintenance or experiencing partial downtime.

  • The service is functioning normally and as described at the time of purchase.

Once an activation key or renewal has been sent, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or reused.

3. Customer Responsibility

Before placing any order, it is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Verify that the device supports the selected server or IPTV service (e.g., Forever, Funcam, G-Share, SP, etc.);

  • Ensure that the device firmware is updated to the latest version;

  • Review all product descriptions and compatibility details carefully.

Salisat.com is not responsible for customer errors or device incompatibility.

5. Important Notice

All digital activations and IPTV services provided through Salisat.com are final sales.

For transparency, all our refund evaluations are based on official vendor responses and system verification.
