Digital Delivery

All Salisat products are digital — including IPTV activation codes and server renewals. Delivery is handled electronically through the following channels:

  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Viber
  • Telegram

Most orders are delivered instantly or within minutes after successful payment. In some cases, verification by the original provider may extend delivery to up to 24 hours.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions only:

  • An error occurred on our side that prevented proper activation or delivery.
  • The original provider permanently discontinues the purchased server and offers compensation or cancellation.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect device serial number provided by the user.
  • Device incompatibility or unsupported hardware/software.
  • Temporary service interruptions caused by external providers.
  • Customer change of mind or mistaken purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Include your order number and device serial number in your message. Each case will be reviewed in coordination with the service provider, and processing may take up to 5–10 business days.

Important Notes

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all IPTV and server codes are considered digital goods and become non-refundable once successfully delivered and activated. We recommend double-checking your device serial number and compatibility before placing an order.
